Sadly, I have to edit this review. They finished our roof 3 months ago, but we found a spot where they just filled in old wood with wood filler, instead of replacing the wood, which we paid them to do. We have called them 10 times, stopped by their office, and were very understanding that the hurricanes have made them more busy. But we paid for our roof, and it is not complete. I am calling better business this week if they do not finish the job. BTW, Mercedes is not honest and has lied to me multiple times.
Done Rite did an excellent job with our roof. They accomplished a reshingle, new ridgeline vent and multiple wood repairs,,,,in a single day. The crew, lead by Alex, is amazing, they are polite and respectful. I would highly recommend Done Rite.
