Doug came out on 4/1 to fix water heater and garbage disposal. Garbage disposal was fixed; water heater was not. Doug did not return to fix despite promises he would do so. After a week, I called the home warranty company who assigned him to me. They called him and he promised he would come out that day. He did, but he said he couldn't fix the problem and he would be back the next day. He never showed up, and did not answer calls or texts. Would never use again and recommended the home warranty company drop him.
Was given a 12-3p window. Got a text at 4:30p saying we were next client. No show or call back by 7:30p. Really? We had an emergency plumbing need but I guess that wasn't important for them.
Done Rite Plumbing came out to my home quickly and was very professional, they didn't make me wait long only a 1hr window for appointment and called when he was on his way, great service I would absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone
