The people who work for this company are absolutely awful. I have the misfortune of living next door to one of their sites, and they have shown immense disrespect for our property in every way. They steal water from our outside spigot, they dump construction waste in our trash bins (including the compost and recycling bins), they park in our driveway even after we've asked them countless times not to, and they even hit and scratched up one of our cars while parked in our own driveway and refused to pay for repairs. After many attempts and promise to not use construction on my driveway. They continue to do so. Even after they hit my retaining wall. Not friendly to the neighbors
Had a major plumbing issue and called multiple plumbers and contractors but Done Rite was very efficient and got the job done much quicker than expected and actually found a second issue we were unaware of that helped save us from a potential future problem. Definitely recommend using them for any contracting needs!
I've personally had many renovations, remodels and lots of other smaller jobs done by Done Rite. By far the best contractor to work with within the city of Ann Arbor specifically. They know the city requirements better than anyone else and they provide high quality work and are very easy to work with!
We had Scott out for an estimate for a bathroom remodel, exhaust fan installation, and replacement of a drop ceiling with drywall. We were impressed with him. A few days after he came out for the estimate, we told him we were ready to move forward with the first part of the work, and he has completely ghosted us (for going on two months now).
