Contracted their company for a house reno. Project was delayed despite providing money and several personal follow-ups. Later discovered that the 3rd parties they sub-contracted was never confirmed so we were waiting for nothing. Never provided project estimate in writing despite several meetings. We trusted too much on what Jon says about "community service". These are among other things. Not dependable, not recommended.
Do not hire this company! Last June, I paid Jon a deposit for windows. He told me ordered them. He never did, now he won't take my calls, and has no intention of ordering them. His crew also built a deck for me without laying landscaping fabric under it. Grass grew through the slats of wood. He said they would come back to fix it. Never did. We did it ourselves. Done Rite are professional and friendly. Having a 120 year old house in drumheller with original wood windows and doors presents challenges and they know their products and helped preserve the history. Bill and Zander were a pleasure to work with and were very courteous! Allen the estimator is knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend the team at Done Rite for your renovations to go smooth and completed professionally.
Awesome service! What impressed us most was their ability to source the cheapest best quality supplies for the job we required to be done. The speed and the efficiency when all said and done unbelievable. Highly recommend their services!
