Greg helped us out when we were snowed in after the huge storm , Greg had one of his operators come by with the loader and clear the heavy snow the snowblower couldn’t handle and he also pushed our banks back so we could fit all the vehicles thank you for your help today thank you, Jordan Russell Mike Russell

Done Right is exactly what their name implies. Not only do they remove the snow with their fantastic snow blower/plow type machine with Kim at the wheel but they have another man follow with a shovel and he clears out between cars. Unfortunately At the beginning of 2022/23 winter season, myself and other neighbours found out last minute that Done Right were only doing Commercial Properties. It was extremely hard to find a replacement. More notice would have sufficed.
Greg completely ghosted my family after deficiencies presented in his work after promising time and time again that he would fix it. We paid him to build a retaining wall to avoid water run off across our property, and the first time it rained the wall caved in. I’ve been chasing him for two years and he’s just stopped answering. While there are aspects of this company which are good, the lack of accountability to the quality of their own work is very disappointing, engage them at your own risk.
