Three weeks, three no-shows, and one job still not fixed. I booked this company to repair a leaking toilet and was told they could come out in a week. The night before the appointment, they cancelled saying their whole team was sick. I then had to chase them myself just to reschedule, only to be pushed out another week. Arrived on time, completed the repair in a professional manner in the desired time frame. Explained the issues that caused the problem and future requirements that will be required because of the blockage. I would definitely refer this company to anyone that requires assistance with any plumbing requirements.
