Have been working with Done Right for over two years now for a variety of pest issues. He is professional and gets the job done! Highly recommend these guys!
We've (my landlord) used Done Right for about 2 years regarding a Rat infestation. Adam refused to take me seriously I guess . He told me several times that " we will never find where they're coming in, all we can do it bait and trap". 2 years of stress , illness and compromised air quality. This issue is in my furnace room. Adam took care of us like it was his own home. Had multiple quotes and the personal care and attention and reasonability of what was actually needed vs what could be needed was explained well. Asked for an adjustment of a mesh area on the back end and no questions from Adam as he was eager to satisfy the end result as I saw it. Hands down will be calling Done Right and recommending them for any job in the future (but hopefully the critters won’t be back!). This is the second time in a year I’ve called Done Right to help me with a squirrel issue I have in my garage. On both occasions Adam has been punctual, great with communication, and pleasant to work with. Even though the squirrel chewed a new hole in the siding of my garage, Adam didn’t charge me because he said the initial job was still under warranty. I pointed out that it was a new repair and he said it was ok because it wouldn’t take a lot of time and he could use scraps to repair it - he still wouldn't take any money f... read more
I highly recommend Done Right! I had a problem with squirrels taking up residence on my roof, Adam came out assessed the issue and installed a one way door on the spot. I enjoyed watching the squirrels leave my roof and find a new home elsewhere! When the problem was gone Adam came back removing the door and sealing up any future access.
