Done Right did an excellent job in solving our water problem in the backyard. They created a solid solution that also provides an aesthetically pleasing look with our new patio and retaining walls. We had a considerable amount of drainage work and irrigation work performed for us by Done Right. From top to bottom this company is great. Their best attribute, aside from the amazing quality of their work, is their communication. The office and the project managers stayed in daily contact with us--we always knew what was going to be done and when. First rate job!! I would show you pictures but all of the drainage tubes and the irrigation pipes are well buried! I recommend Done Right without hesitation!
The patio is beautiful. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Plus the men picked up at the end of each day. The crew were consider it and polite.
We searched a long time to find the right company to extend our existing concrete patio out into our yard while we added a new deck. We had them add a small area for our birds, do some irrigation work and downspout upgrades but the primary project was adding 25 feet of concrete and pavers as well as add a sitting wall and fire pit. Had landscaping done by this company , the work was great the yard look wonderful. I had a patio put in and retaining wall, along with gravel around the house and bushes in the front. What I didn't like was the lack of interaction I had with my Production Manager, he was very hard to get a hold of, I had to call the office or my Landscape Design Consultant to get any answers.
