We are so happy with the work by Done Right Landcapes! We had our first project completed in October 2023 and our latest project in February 2025. Everyone was fantastic. The project designer and manager took time to listen and share suggestions and address my questions. We were very happy with the communication when our project got delayed due to weather. We will definitely use them again for a few other projects we have in mind!
Our project was just finished this week and we absolutely love it! The products used are very good quality and the design process was really professional. The crew that did the actual work was top notch. I think they should improve their communication with the customer (wasn’t notified that our start date had been pushed back a few weeks) but once the work began, the project manager checked in and came by several times to ensure everything was going well.
