We were very happy with the work that done right completed for us. Our project was done extremely well and professional. The landscaping team and equipment specialist were amazing and very hard working in the terrible heat. The weather delayed our project a few months because of the weather this spring and summer. We are so happy with the work by Done Right Landcapes! We had our first project completed in October 2023 and our latest project in February 2025. Everyone was fantastic. The project designer and manager took time to listen and share suggestions and address my questions. We were very happy with the communication when our project got delayed due to weather. We will definitely use them again for a few other projects we have in mind!
Very happy with the work by Done Right: repairing a retaining wall, addressing drainage issues, installing stone edging/rock, and updating a planting bed. Mike really listened to our needs and quickly produced a very professional and competitive estimate. Kyle was awesome as the Project Manager when when we moved to scheduling and execution. Our landscaping project was just completed. I have to say that I am so pleased with the results! From the very beginning to the completion I have been very impressed. Everyone from the office staff, to the Project manager-Kyle, and especially the work crew!!, were professional, courteous, and detail oriented. I can’t say enough how hard working and thorough the work crew were. Absolutely love the finished project!!
Our project was just finished this week and we absolutely love it! The products used are very good quality and the design process was really professional. The crew that did the actual work was top notch. I think they should improve their communication with the customer (wasn’t notified that our start date had been pushed back a few weeks) but once the work began, the project manager checked in and came by several times to ensure everything was going well.
