I have had a great experience working with Done Right! Anytime one of our boilers goes down they respond within 24 hours and show up to fix the problem! They let me know exactly what the problem is. They are extremely professional, affordable and very dependable company! 5 Stars!!!
We have used this father and son team on several of our properties here in Naples. This is not the same company anymore! We recently called them as the air conditioning was not working. Within hours, there was a foul odor of nail polish remover chemical coming from the air ducts to the point where we had to call the fire department. I had called him at 6:40 PM with no answer as he reprimanded me that they don’t work 24/7. The owner was arrogant, condescending and tried to blame the smell on a Glade plug in!
