I don’t usually leave negative reviews, especially as a fellow small business owner, but after nearly 5 years of being ignored, I feel it’s necessary to speak up. I was hired by Herbert Holloway to complete a cleaning job, which I took care of promptly and professionally. Despite sending multiple invoices, follow-up calls, emails, reminders, and even turning the matter over to collections, I have never received any payment — and never once heard back from him. We needed our gutters cleaned asap, and Done Right said they could get out here sooner than the competitors, so we arranged a time for them to come out to our house, between 10 and 11 AM. At 10:55 I texted the point of contact and asked if we were still on the schedule. He said "Hello thy guys are cleaning up the last property and headed your way.Sorry about the delay."
