Asked for an underground gutter with pop up. They didn’t deliver on any of the 3 main aspects - water drains away from house, the emitter has to drain and be lower than the grass. They did come back and attempt to fix. Mediocore and sloppy work. Then they increased my quote due to cost of labor, which was their own fault for not doing it correctly the first time.
DJ was awesome and did GREAT work. He did two houses for me today and I couldn't be happier! Excellent service, a pleasure to do business with this company!!!!

I was hired by Herbert Holloway to complete a cleaning job, which I took care of promptly and professionally. Despite sending multiple invoices, follow-up calls, emails, reminders, and even turning the matter over to collections, I have never received any payment — and never once heard back from him. We needed our gutters cleaned asap, and Done Right said they could get out here sooner than the competitors, so we arranged a time for them to come out to our house, between 10 and 11 AM. At 10:55 I texted the point of contact and asked if we were still on the schedule. He said "Hello thy guys are cleaning up the last property and headed your way.Sorry about the delay."
