We had extensive flood, mold, and asbestos we needed removed from our home. Done Right was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Our old house threw them plenty of curveballs that they were able to handle quickly and professionally. The new bathroom is gorgeous and turned out absolutely perfect. Done Right is fair, prompt, and professional in all our dealings.
Done Right was efficient and timely with their service. The owner Andrew was the first one under our house to pump out water in our very muddy crawlspace. They were patient with us while waiting on insurance delays. They kept a detailed record of photos to show us what was happening in our crawlspace.
A most excellent restoration company that is home grown local company. I have not had the pleasure of using there service ( no disaster needs but have tow friends that had to pick a company and they chosen them and were very satisfied with their work and follow up. They told me that they were up front with what they were going to do and if they ran into issues that they could not identify at the time of inspection they would tell me before moving forward, that to me is a quality company.
