We contacted the repair service due to a truck breakdown caused by a faulty belt. The technician arrived and charged us over $615, yet was unable to clearly identify the specific issue or explain why the belt had failed. A reputable mechanic would have conducted a comprehensive inspection rather than simply replacing the belt. Very unprofessional and unacceptable service. The mechanic came to fix our truck and ended up breaking the fuel filter, then blamed it on the cold weather. After failing to fix the issue, he said he would return the next morning at 10:00 AM and fix it for $400 in two hours. Instead, he arrived at 2:00 PM, not on time, and worked on it all day with no result — the truck was still not working. I call show up five hours late and he charged me $150 an hour 5 hrs labor plus $100 to drive to the location and he didn’t fix the truck.
