I was hired by Josh Sanchez for stucco job and he hasn't paid the balance on the work scope job. on stucco job complete hasn't paid the balance and hasn't tried to contact me at all.
Very spot on with their work, attention to detail . Will hear you out and actually listen unlike most contractors . Communication is on point . Honest about other problems that may surface during a repair and explore options with you . Recommend
Honest and skilled contractor. Josh put a new roof on my house and completely remodeled my bathroom. He was 100% honest on pricing and let me know directly when issues came up. It was a monumental task working on my old house but he got it done and exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend him for anything you need done.
