Charged my uncle 10k for “whole house plumbing”. Absolutely nothing was done right, pipes duct taped together, it was a mess. We called the state plumbing inspector. Turns out David Frasure lied and no one is a licensed plumber. My uncle filed a report with the state and the county attorney for theft by deception. This guy/company is a scammer with a long criminal history!
