I have had carpet cleaning done before and was usually let down. I had never had my upholstery cleaned, but with a new dog, a grandson, and the occasional spill, my furniture, carpet, and staircase were looking really worn and dirty. I recently had Jeffery from Done Right Carpet Service clean the carpet in my daughter’s bedroom after our new puppy arrived. Our cat was stressed by the change, stopped using the litter box, and made a mess on the carpet under the bed. i was really impressed with the overall carpet cleaning service. They arrived on time, worked fast, and made the whole process easy. even though i booked only a day ahead and had a lot going on with 3 small children, they never complained about the mess and did not make us feel uncomfortable at all.
