Last week, a city sewage line backed up into my basement in Imperial Beach. Justin from Done Right Carpet Service showed up early the next day to check out the problem. In less than an hour, a team was there cleaning up the mess from the carpets. He made sure fans and dehumidifiers were delivered and set up that same day. They worked hard all weekend to help us recover from the mess. This company has knowledgeable, dedicated, and friendly people. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning services.
I can't express enough how pleased I am with the carpet cleaning service I received.
