I've used Done Right Carpet Service for carpet cleaning for many years. i remember when craig was working on his own with older equipment, and even then the service was dependable and the results were excellent. In every home and even in a rental, the carpets came out fresh, clean, and well cared for at a very fair price. i usually don’t leave reviews, but i had to share this one. After moving into a home in Imperial Beach, i quickly realized the floors and carpet needed serious attention before the furniture arrived. My review was removed going to try and remember what I had said last time This is just an answering service. They subcontract out to other carpet cleaners. They guy that had arrived said the price i was quoted was wrong. Charged me over 600 for three area rugs and two couches. Was quoted 450. Three company called Monday acouple days later asking about scheduling the service saying I had declined service that Saturday. I was expecting a better job to be done.
