John was the first one to pick up the phone on a Sunday night when our dishwasher malfunction and damaged our kitchen. John and his team came out the next morning, removed all the damaged flooring and cabinets, and set up fans and a dehumidifier. John was very thorough and helpful in providing our insurance company all the pictures and documentation needed for our claim. I would highly recommend them if you ever have an emergency like we did.

John came out to assess the damage to my flooded basement due to sump pump failure. He set up fans and dehumidifiers in the basement to dry out my structure. Done Right did an amazing job drying out my basement. Highly recommend to anyone who has a flooded basement.

We had a pin hole leak in a pipe in a lower level kitchenette, bathroom and living area. John and his team came out immediately and worked directly with our insurance company. Their responsiveness and great customer service took the pressure out of an otherwise stressful situation. I highly recommend this team!

These guys really know how to work a water damage job. They extracted water set up dehumidifiers and fans and dried my home out very fast. I’d recommend them to anyone thats in need of water damage, restoration and cleanup work. If i could i’d give them 10 stars!!!!

Done right came out and dried out my flooded basement. Put fans and dehumidifiers in my basement to dry out the structure. Highly recommend. Came out within an hour! Very satisfied.
