I wish I could give 10 stars. I spent weeks trying to get the carpet in our living room steam cleaned, but every other company I called either didn’t communicate, didn’t show up, or made promises they didn’t keep. Excellent job! Jaime from Done Right Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my two sofas and the carpet in two rooms. Everything had a lot of deep dirt, but Jaime was very thorough and careful, paying attention to the spots I pointed out with big stains. I am very pleased with the service. Everything looks fresh and spotless! Definitely worth the money. I plan to have them back in Portola Valley for more carpet cleaning and maybe to steam clean my mattresses.
