We have been using this carpet cleaning service for our home for a long time, and we have been very happy with the results. Hunter is dedicated to his work, takes real pride in every cleaning job, and always treats customers in a friendly, respectful way. He welcomes you warmly when he arrives, walks through the areas to be cleaned, and clearly explains the carpet cleaning process before getting started. He gives extra attention to heavy stains and high traffic spots, and the carpet looks fresh and renewed when he is done. H... read more
Hunter was amazing. My two young daughters kept saying how nice he was, and that really says a lot. He did a great job removing tough slime stains from our carpet and made the whole carpet cleaning service feel easy and stress free. He was friendly, professional, and worked hard the entire time with a smile. He also went above and beyond with customer care and was very helpful during our move. It is rare to find someone so kind, respectful, and dedicated to doing quality work. Our carpets looked refreshed and much cleaner wh... read more
Highly recommend this carpet cleaning service! I’m extremely pleased with the results I received. After a difficult move-out, the carpets had heavy stains and looked so worn that I was thinking about replacing the carpet throughout the whole house. Trenton was professional, honest, and easy to talk to. He carefully explained the cleaning options, what kind of results to expect, and helped me feel confident about moving forward with the carpet cleaning. I was truly impressed by how fresh, clean, and revived the carpets looked... read more
i can’t say enough good things about Done Right Carpet Cleaning. hunter and jude did a thorough carpet and floor cleaning job in my Charlotte home. After trying a couple of other carpet and tile cleaning services that missed spots they said they would handle, this visit was a big improvement. They cleaned every part of the tile and grout throughout the house and also treated the carpet in the master bedroom where there were heavy foot traffic stains. The carpet looked much brighter, the tile looked fresh and clean, and even ... read more
We had an issue with how one carpet seam looked, and after comparing it to a seam in another room from the full-house carpet installation, we wanted that same smooth finish. Hunter really stayed committed to making it right. After a few careful adjustments, the room was redone, and the final result turned out beautifully. Hunter also handled a carpet patch with amazing precision. I would not have thought a repair could blend in so well until I saw it done. I was also very impressed with the installers, Trenton and Jude. They... read more
