The technician arrived right on schedule and was very professional. We walked through the house together, and she explained the carpet cleaning process clearly. After she cleaned my carpets, we checked the rooms together, and she asked if everything looked good or if any adjustments were needed. Once she was done, I was absolutely thrilled with the results.
