I had a wonderful experience with Done Right Carpet Cleaning and highly recommend getting your area rugs cleaned. My rug is over 20 years old and now it looks even better than when I first bought it. The team picked it up right on time, gave it a thorough cleaning, fixed the fringe, and brought it right back to my living room as promised. The service was excellent from beginning to end. this company was recommended to me by a neighbor. i called them to pick up and clean my old persian rug that had pet odor and a badly stained fringe. bobby did a fantastic job and got the fringe completely clean. the whole rug looked great. after it finished drying, i noticed a slight smell and called bobby. he responded quickly, took the rug back to the shop, and brought it back a few days later with no odor at all. i highly recommend done right carpet cleaning and would definitely use them again.
Gabriel did a fantastic job cleaning our sectional couch! A sneaky wild mouse had hidden nuts under the cushions and left some surprises behind. I needed carpet and upholstery cleaning as soon as possible, and Gabriel was able to fit me in quickly. My microfiber couch had some everyday stains, and he managed to remove them all, plus disinfected where the mouse had left urine. Now my couch looks brand new! We had a few rugs that really needed a good cleaning, and one large one also needed some repairs. Willie was amazing. He answered all our questions and shared his expert knowledge about each rug. One of the rugs was an older one passed down to me. It had moth damage, certain spots that needed fixing, and was very dirty.
