Had an appointment for between 11 & 12. At 12:00 I called asking about arrival time but had to leave a message. He called and said his truck was having problems. Evidently his phone was having problems also with no call to inform about late arrival. Finally called back about 12:30, but I had informed him earlier I had an appointment at 1:00.
