Done right auto has always gave me great services and excellent pricing on all of my auto needs weather it be an inspection or custom work or even to just get some friendly advice Done right is the way to go.
I dont know what these other people are talking about....I have been taking my cars to this place ever since they have opened and never had a bad issue. They are extremely fair and honest. The owner, Bill, is trustworthy and a good mechanic who works very hard to make sure your vehicle is done right.
Listen to these ppl. DO NOT take your care to this place!!!! I had them do a job on our vehicle and it cost us a grand. They did a crappy job, my wife picked up the car and it was still bad. She took it back three more times and it was still bad. She took it to another mechanic only to find out that Done Wrong didnt even replace what they had charged us for. Then they had the nerved to pretend like we had never even been there before!!!! Yes, it is Done Wrong. I dont think they can do ANYTHING right!!!!!
I dont trust anyone but I took my cars to them and didnt have a single issue. They were courteous and kind, and fair priced. They didnt try to charge me an outrageous amount for anything and I went back several times since. I dont know about the bad reviews on here but I love them!
Bill Beam did a break job on my civic and the breaks squeeled. he "put another set of pads on the car" and it still made a squeel. I marked the pads and took it back and he told me he changed the pads, however the marks were on the pads when I got it back for the 3rd time. they are crooks, liars, and will cheet you quick. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! I wont trust them with my bicycle. they lost my business.
Avoid this place to get an inspection, they will try to find something wrong in order to sell you something. this is the second time this has happened there. Will not be a third time.
We have been taking all of our vehicles to Done Right and we have been treated very fairly! Repairs were promptly and correctly made - they will even pick up and deliver your car back to you. We would highly recommend that you give Billy at Done Right the opportunity to repair your vehicle or install new tires. Our area really needs someone like Billy and Done Right Auto Repair.
