This place is an absolute joke. Went to look at one of their used cars, checked the oil, oils over filled. So I pop the air cleaner box and there’s no air filter in it. What kind of mechanic shop doesn’t check the basics on a vehicle they are selling. Scammers and liars.
This place was very helpful. We were on a cross country voyage when we noticed a loose piece. We called them from about 45 minutes away and they took us in as soon as we got there and put us back on the road lickity-split.
Great service diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time
We were stuck overnight with a major throttle issue. Called a few of the bigger shops and no one would even run the codes. Done Right was super helpful when we called. We limped down to the shop, a quick diagnostic was done on the spot. They had us up and running in 3 hours !! Without an appointment!! The price was decent too! Hats off to the folks at Done Right Auto. We are very thankful and appreciate your amazing and quick service.
