Been a customer for about 10 years either directly or through the warranty company. They have never had great response, but I have been trying to get in touch with them for several weeks. No call back, no one answer phones, there is no voice mail set up. Tried regular number, owner's (Charles) number, new number on website. No response through phone, e-mail. Not sure if these folks are even in business anymore.
Deal with these guys directly and not through your home warranty company. They'll get the job done much faster and will help you deal with the warranty company for reimbursement. An actual example is that it took over 3 months to get an air handler replaced at one of our of our properties. First American kept dragging their feet and we couldn't get the thing replaced.
