GReat Service I called Done Plumbing to fix a valve that I could not get to stop leaking. They came out within an hour. Even called when they were on the way. The plumber was exceptionally nice and put on shoe covers before coming in my house. He gave me a couple of options and i went with the more expensive one by having the valve replaced rather than just fixing the leaky valve. A Customer for Life Had Done Plumbing out to inspect my 4 year old water heater after trwo other plumbers wanted to sell me a new one. Done's plumber found that the gas valve was defective and saved me over $1000.00. The water heater is working great. The whole experience was awesome. The dispatcher called when the plumber was on his way to my house, the plumber was clean and put shoe covers on before he came into my house, and the dispatcher called after he left to make sure i was satisfied. It is on the list of Tom martino's Done Service Group Incorporated is on the list of Tom Martino's. That is why I called when I am having problems with my kitchen. The receptionist is quite nice. And the response time is short. They were actually was able to make it in the same afternoon. That is very impressive. And the plumber is very experience. He fixed my problem in half an hour. Overall, it is good experience.
