Worst service. They had my mower a full month and never placed a call. I call the for the status and they didn't know why I was calling. After realizing they had the mower, the fraud spent the rest of the call telling me why I shouldn't be trying to fix it. Either you can't or didn't want Black Business. My $$ is good but your business sux!!!
They really ripped me off. I took 2 riding mowers to these people. The first mower should have been a simple fix with just a screw to rethread. But now the spindle don't work. The second mower I told them the both spindles need replacement and the I would buy new spindles. The replaced 1 spindle with a used part. I also took brand new blades to be put on. They claimed I had the wrong blades and put used blades on it. I've owned the mower for 7 years I believe I know what blades to buy. Now I'm out about 350 dollars and both ... read more
