In a town where we have 3 pool shops within 100ft THIS is the place to go. They answer the phone. They’re open. Carl does a great job of working with you to get you what you need without any extra “fluff”. I went in thinking I needed a new pump, filter, etc and rather than just sell me what I thought I needed - Carl took the time to diagnose and sell me only what I needed. There was even a defective part from the manufacture which he took back and exchanged without question. A+++ for all your pool/spa needs.
We are having a Graduation party at my home for my graduating seniors. We have a family member who is unable to use our current above ground pool ladder. We were able to purchase a second hand handicapped accessible pool ladder through a kind man in our local East Greenbush neighborhood. Done Better Pools and Carl are amazing.Noone else was opened on Saturday evening when my pool pump died.Carl answered and told me to come in and mounted a new pump for me.Highly recommend
There a pools that are Done Right, and then there are pools that are Done BETTER. They will take care of your pool with a vengeance, leaving it spite (I meant spit) clean. Best pool service in the 518, highly recommend.
