In a town where we have 3 pool shops within 100ft THIS is the place to go. They answer the phone. They’re open. Carl does a great job of working with you to get you what you need without any extra “fluff”. I went in thinking I needed a new pump, filter, etc and rather than just sell me what I thought I needed - Carl took the time to diagnose and sell me only what I needed. There was even a defective part from the manufacture which he took back and exchanged without question. A+++ for all your pool/spa needs.
We are having a Graduation party at my home for my graduating seniors. We have a family member who is unable to use our current above ground pool ladder. We were able to purchase a second hand handicapped accessible pool ladder through a kind man in our local East Greenbush neighborhood.
