Our RV broke down near this dealership. Made appointment for next day and worked with Nick D. We sat in waiting area for several hours after Nick D. told us he was going to get us an estimate on a replacement transmission and would be right back. We watched him go slouch on his desk and play on his phone for over an hour and he never came back to talk to us. He was rude when I approached him and asked if he had a quote yet.
