I've been a patient at this clinic for over 10 years. I called ahead regarding a medical condition and was told my appointment could proceed, but when I arrived, I was given different information and was unable to receive the treatment as planned. this resulted in a complete waste of my time. this is also not the first time I've experienced communication or administrative issues here. combined with the frequent staff turnover I've noticed over the years, guess it's time to find a new dental office

I've been seeing Dr. Yun at Doncrest Dental Centre for several years, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. Dr. Yun is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and he always takes the time to explain every treatment option thoroughly. Over the years, he helped straighten my teeth, and most recently I had the Bioclear treatment done. The results have been amazing. Dr. Siu was so kind to fit my appointment in quickly and more last minute because I was in a lot of pain! I appreciate how patient and informative she was with me and I had a great experience with the other clinic staff like the receptionists (especially Yogita!) and dental staff. I’ve heard great things about other dentists here as well, although I personally saw Dr. Siu. Thank you very much Doncrest Dental.
