Jeffrey Donchez helped me with some very good advice on how to deal with very complicated insurance matters following my son's death from a car accident. Mercedes and staff are the best. After my accident the insurance company was giving me the run around and not paying me to replace my car etc and my stress level was off the charts. Inexperienced. The way they hooked me was to say , “my job is to make you whole again.” A year later with very little communication they found out the defendant was actually liable, but thought the defendant “looked” credible and I didn’t because I had been horribly injured. They gave up. I’m bankrupt and about to move into my car. Mercedes promised , then took maternity leave… not telling me she was pregnant when trying to get me as a client. Now I’m disabled and she just walked away; afraid of the insurance company
