Attended today 23/5/2025. Michelle was wonderful, very friendly and reassuring. She explained everything in detail and made sure I was as comfortable as possible at each stage. Thank you for an efficient and professional service.
Went for a mammogram today after avoiding it for many years. The young woman I saw had next to no bedside manner and grew very impatient when I couldn't grasp how she wanted me to stand immediately. It's embarrassing enough going for these things, especially as I have a slight congenital problem with my breasts, which I'm even more embarrassed about. I'm 63 so probably won't be able for another which is good, as I probably wouldn't go.
Visited today for my screening with Louise. She made me feel comfortable and at ease both before and during the screening. All very professionally done, thank you.
