Donatos went down hill. Terrible customer service all around, stores and corporate office. It’s disgusting how they are allowed to get away with such terrible service
New answering service is Madening, Frustrating and I hate it
Donatos has signed an agreement with SaveAround to offer discounts at their restaurants. We inquired at one of their restaurants about receiving the discount - they said "We know nothing", and would not honor the discount. I asked for a manager, they said "they won't do anything", and refused. We contacted the corporate office, explained the situation, and asked them to follow up. No response. This is not how customers should be treated, and not how you maintain and grow business in a competetive climate. So long Donatos!
