I haven't ordered from Donatos in over 3 years due to lower quality & higher prices. Tonight I decided to give them another chance. That was a bad choice on my behalf. I won't do that again. I ordered a 12" founders favorite. It was THE WORST PIZZA I've ever had. All the small amount of toppings that are on were gathered in the middle & shake they put on was overwhelming & discussing. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM Donatos again. Waste of $$$$$

Working in customer service as a GM, it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. But this location is consistently going down hill, and needs to do better. I order ahead for meetings and they are never ready of time. I am never offered any compensation. Today was icing on the cake when 5/7 pizzas looked like they were shook or thrown. Shame on this manager. Train your staff and hire enough help. This is unacceptable.
MARDY has amazing customer service skills! The way he greeted me and my family with a smile and was very polite and helpful. Great job MARDY keep giving out great energy. 5/24/26 night shift.
