I placed an order at Donatos Pizza on March 27, 2026 around 5:04 PM—hot honey pizza, pepperoni breadsticks, and two frosted cookies. I didn’t go inside, but I was assisted outside by Josh, and I just had to share how great the experience was. Josh was incredibly kind, made eye contact, and greeted me with a genuine smile. No fountain drinks. Hardly any seating.
Very consistent
Food was not good. There was nothing special to it and it was lacking flavor. Got shorted a wing and the pizza had a very long hair in a corner that was in 4 slices of the pizza. Service was fine not friendly nor dismissive just average. The inside is weird there was a ladder in the middle of the joint and it looks run down. Not going to come back
