This place cancelled order after just letting it sit there. The girl who answered the phone seemed confused and uneducated on customer interactions. Would give you zero stars if possible.
Ordered by phone and picked up an edge to edge pepperoni thin crust pizza that was ready fresh in 10 minutes and perfectly made. They are excellent any time I go there! I recommend them highly!
Do not bother with them for delivery. They use doordash and food will be delivered cold. Make the effort and use w2 delivary drivers. Enjoy Bankruptcy Donatos :)
Ordered online at the Fairfield Ohio store and delivery was to be picked up by Door dash. My pizza never arrived so I called the store. Manager was really nice and I was told that my pizza would be remade and delivered by a Donatoes employee with a credit towards my order. Pizza was hot and delicious. I only wish that I could remember the managers name so that I could give him credit on this platform for being understanding and professional.
