There is ALWAYS something missing from my delivery order. This time it was a side salad & 2 cookies. The pizza that I did receive was good.
Delivery took double the time estimate. When food arrived, our order was wrong and food was cold. Customer service was great and refunded us but with the AI system was difficult to get ahold of a person to correct the issue Updating my review a month later. Unfortunately, I have found it IMPOSSIBLE to use the "credit" they gave for my bad experience. I live 36 minutes from this location. I ordered 9 items, got home realized I was missing an item. 5 attempts at calling the store/phone number. All i got was a prerecorded message saying they were closed at 930 on Saturday night. I wouldn't recommend this location as it is impossible to get ahold of them directly.
