Horrible customer service! The worst by far that I have received since moving to OH. My husband picked up our pizza from this Donato's. It should have been done by the time he got there, but he still had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the pizza. While waiting he got to hear the employees talking badly about and laughing at the customers eating in the restaurant and picking up pizzas.
