Ordered a large supreme and cheesy bread. I would have been better off baking a frozen pizza. The pizza had huge chunks of green bell peppers, NEVER had 7-8 whole pieces of bell pepper on a single slice. The food had no flavor at ALL. The cheese bread was crap, it was cheese over flavorless dough, not even a hint of salt or garlic. The overall food experience was a waste of time and money. MANY other small pizza places that want to earn your business with good food and value, TRY THEM. Don't waste your money at Donatos.
Ordered doordash and found a live roach upon opening my pizza. Nice! Reported! If you want extra protein, order here. *Edit after response: Ok so you are blaming doordash when the delivery was 10 min away and exactly, the box was sealed so it clearly came from the restaurant. I dont want any coupons I will never eat here again. Worst first experience ever. Contacting my bank to get my full refund.
Food is always amazing, but better yet the service has been fantastic every time! The very first time I ordered from the other location I didn't realize it and the staff at Donatos helped me get the order correct and was so polite and caring. That initial visit plus the hot honey pizza is what keeps bringing me back!
From Ohio home of the Buckeyes was very pleased to see a Donatos here in Jacksonville Fl. For me it's a slice of home.
