Terrible experience. First the delivery was supposed to be delivered through doordash, this was canceled so we called the store. The employee LIED and said that it was still going to be delivered by the store's employee but it never showed. We called 3 more times but never received an answer and then the store closed. We never got our order and they dont say online it will be through doordash. I will NEVER order from Donatos again. The employee didnt need to lie over the phone, they could have been honest. I ordered a delivery and they forgot items and when I tried to call back to resolve the issue, they were just going to refund me for less price paid. I would expect if they missed my items I wanted and paid for they would come back as it was on them, or refund full price, but I guess not.
How hard is it to have accurate operational hours on your website? It says open until 11pm but they're really only open until 10pm.
Order was hot and ready when I arrived. I placed my order online to use a 20% off code I found with a Google search. Gave me more sour cream then they use to give out with the mariachi beef.
