Always enjoyed Donatos but the last two times we have gotten pizza at the Wayne Ave store the pizza is soggy and not all the way done. Last nights order made me very sick possibly food poisoning. The delivery person was very kind, find better cooks.
Quick and friendly service. Not bad for a non-Philly (Philadelphia) pizza. (We are notoriously hard to please)
I haven't been able to order from here bc it won't port my info for their new system, so now I'm ordering Domino's
We ordered pizza from this location for my daughter’s birthday and placed the order at 1:00 PM for a 4:45 PM pickup. When I arrived, the order wasn’t ready—it hadn’t even been put in the oven yet. I overheard an employee mention they thought the pickup time was 5:45 instead. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication or accountability.
