We ordered pizza from this location for my daughter’s birthday and placed the order at 1:00 PM for a 4:45 PM pickup. When I arrived, the order wasn’t ready—it hadn’t even been put in the oven yet. I overheard an employee mention they thought the pickup time was 5:45 instead. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication or accountability. Very positive experience with no problems 😊
I had ordered deliver, the threw sour cream packets on top of my pizza. Covering them in sauce. I don't know who or what has touched those packets and now they are laying on my pizza. Which was cold and under cooked. I'd give negative stars if I could.
Ordered food at 7:23 p.m. At 9:00 still had received no food and when called the store it would just ring and someone would just pick up and hang up the phone. Went to the store in person and the lady at the counter was rude as can be. We will never ever order from this location again they need to close this store and start over somewhere else
