We have tried this location multiple times, we live in a grey area. In Beavercreek but on the edge of Riverside. The last time we called and used the AI answering system. It took our order and our money. Never showed up, they closed at 10, we ordered at 8:45. We did get our money returned the next day. Bad all a round experience Bad undertrained staff Burnt pizza They were out of what I ordered and substitute something else with our refunding the difference if you pay extra for thick crust you should get a thick crust if you pay extra for a large and all they have is medium you should not be charged for a large Did come back for a refund after opening the pizza box and finding it to be totally burnt manger on duty struggled at completing this still waiting for my card to be refunded. One of the rudest people I have ever dealt within the food industry. Food was late, incorrect, and cold. When calling to ask about my order , the person answered the phone with "What do you need" , then asking where my food was , his reply was "`what do you want me to do about it", completely rude and unprofessional. I will never order from this location ever again.
Told me 15 min for pizza, did not call me when it was ready. Sat in the Warner for some time.
