I ordered online. Pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. The photo shows what I was given. The person looked at the ticket, opened the pizza box to verify correct pizza? (towards him, I couldn't see). And the pizza was very meh. Never again Donatos. Domino's would have been a better bet.
I wanted to leave a review because I know you probably hear more complaints than praise. I originally ordered yesterday and spoke with an automated system and something got messed up, so my pizza never came. I called and spoke with the manager, and I could tell they were short-staffed and doing their best. I ended up coming today, and the manager was incredibly helpful — refunded my order and made me two pizzas on the spot. Everyone was so apologetic and kind, and they really took care of everything. Visiting Kentucky - from Pennsylvania - we ordered Donato’s pepperoni pizza & it was awesome 💜 Thin crisp crust & the pepperoni was excellent!!!
