I ordered food from here through door dash but all my food wasnt in the bag. When I called donatoes to confirm if they put the .missing food in my bag they confirmed they did not but said they could do nothing about it because I went through door dash. Even though it was their fault for not putting my order in there there was nothing they could do. How incompetent that they could not read an order and put it all in there. Then not even try to make it right. I would never recommend this place
Some of the worst customer service I have ever received from a pickup window
5 out of 5 times has my order been late by 30 minutes or an hour. By far the worst run restaurant/ pizza place i’ve ever experienced.
