Mistakes happen, I was delivered the wrong order. It’s been a long day but thankful Tim, Friday night manager was able get that replaced as quick as possible.

Every time I order from this location it is a great experience. The manger Kyle is wonderful, very pleasant and kind . Service is always wonderful and food is always perfect.
Can't order here any longer because the website and phone AI are too janky to take a correct order.
So I've tried to hold my tongue because I try to support local as much as possible. But the customer service at the Donatos in the Short North at 1st and High is absolutely deplorable. I live and work about a block and a half from Donatos and so I usually pre-order a pizza to pick up after work for ease. Several times, and I mean about as many times as they do, my pizza is always late being made.
