ordered a small hot honey pizza. Got home and saw they gave us the wrong pizza. Call them on our way back, ask for a remake and an upsize to a medium for the inconvenience and they agree. We get there, I guess they didn’t remember agreeing to a medium.. got a small hot honey pizza. Management has GOT to get employees to check the pizzas before sending them out. I’ve employed college students before… So we get it and aren’t super pissed but please start checking the pizzas before handing them out. It’ll save a lot of trouble ... read more

The pizza was wonderful! The Works and the ham and pineapple, garlic bread sticks and cinnamon bread are a must try. The staff was friendly and we were greeted as soon as we entered and order taken immediately. We waited maybe 10-15 minutes for order. It was hot and fresh and the crust was perfectly crisp.
I ordered 3 pizzas large beef, mariachi, large, large founder, favorite large pepperoni and all three were burnt. They tried to give me a credit of $25 when two of the pieces along were $40 and the other one was $21 so how’s that fair to only give me $25 credit when I spent there 60 some dollars Donatos was my favorite place but nor did they taste the same and their pieces are always burnt and it’s not flavorful anymore, and when I called to report that my pieces were burnt at the bottom, they gave me an attitude and I think... read more
Pizza would’ve been decent if the veggies were done !raw mushrooms, onions not cooked green peppers, not cooked and very little cheese!
