Called in a pickup order at 5 pm on 7/27 because the app wouldn’t accept the order. I get there around 525 and there’s no trace of the order in the system. Been coming here for years but this is the second time is as many months. Manager was super nice and she made it right. As a former manager myself, she went above and beyond. I’m giving a 1 star overall for now until then. App issues are one thing but the guy who took order needs to pay attention so ensure it doesn’t continue to happen. Alfredo trio was good, just too much seasoning on it, over took the pizzas flavor.
Great location, order was on time and staff was friendly
They were extremely busy! Staff was still friendly and got my food out quickly!
