Donato's is a favorite of ours, but this shop consistently misses the mark in the exact same way every time, no matter how I try to get them to do it right. I order a double pepperoni with extra Xtra sauce. Extra sauce is a topping choice, and you can further specify if you want "Reg" extra sauce or "Xtra" extra sauce on the app. I say Xtra extra sauce, and they bring me this borderline light-on-sauce pizza every single time. Just ordered a calzone, ask for extra spinach. When I got it, there were maybe 4 pieces of spinach in the entire thing, light on sausage. And whoever put the spices over the top put excessive pepper will not buy again.
We always stop at the Bellevue location when we drive through Cincinnati, and it's always great! Staff is really friendly, food is excellent!!
I always get great food and service from the Bellevue Donatos. I appreciate this, as I grew up three minutes from the original location. Love it! Thanks again!
