I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Donatos Pizza. My order was completely wrong — I ordered pepperoni, sausage, and banana peppers, and it came with no sausage, barely any sauce, and the pizza was burnt. I called to have it fixed, and they told me to come back and they would remake it. I was on my lunch break, but I went back anyway. Ask for a Leg Works extra cheese add Black olives. No Xtra cheese looks terrible and the I guess manager said it did. Never going back no worries

Absolutely loved it. Ordered delivery and got everything correct. The only thing I wish is to be able to custom order a small pizza as im a single truck Driver and do not need a large. But the small pizza i did get was very good. Love thin crust and oh so flavorful. The wings were a little small but that's on the company you order from, not you. Will definitely order from you again everytime im in town.
