I am sorry to have to write a negative review, especially when I've been ordering from the Oakland Park location for many years. However for the past year or more, the service has been extremely sub par. Perhaps some of that is due to the automated ordering since you don't speak with the location preparing and delivering the food, but I've had bad results even on the rare occasions I do speak to the location on Oakland Park. They left my pizza and sub on the ground after they were told to come to back door a dog or animal could have got it plus that is unsanitary. They would not answer the phone afterwards
Great pizza place for over 40 years since I was born in columbus ohio.
Order a medium pepperoni, and it arrived, and it was a beautiful pie. Then, take a couple of bites, and it tasted of raw dough. I figured it's because I am sick, so I put it away . Today, I put it in the oven to warm it. Same taste. Put it back to bake it out some. Same raw dough taste. $24 dollars of disappointment. The lesson learned is that Donatos is for thin crust only.
I ordered an Italian sub four of them and they look like veggie subs there's hardly any meat all lettuces
