Ordered pizza and wings at 6pm for a scheduled 715p delivery time. Door dash driver didn’t arrived until 822p. This is the second issue with this Donatos on High street. Done w Donatos.
I had the best time at Donatos’s, I received the best customer service and the best food. Nicky assisted me and had such Great customer service skills and was extremely kind and welcoming!
Donatos is my favorite spot by OSU to hangout! They have a bar and pizza which is a great combo! During the day, this spot is perfect for getting work done. Club D has live music!
This location used to be good… They gave me the wrong size pizza, did the exact opposite of my two special instructions, and didn’t put any parm-romano shake. If someone from the store is reading this, please do WAY better I am beyond disappointed and genuinely won’t be returning ever again.
