Overdone, dry, definitely not Xtra cheese. Disappointing. Bummer.
First of all, my family has been ordering pizza from the Donatos on Thurman Avenue for over 40 years. I don't recall ever having any issues with our orders being incorrect . Two of the last five orders that I've placed have been completed incorrectly. The first was the regular Hot Honey Pizza, which I ordered with the thicker crust. I'm so disappointed. I placed an online order for 5:30p pick up window and no one ever came ro the window. Spoke to manager Cat and she was also frustrated talking about they under staffed. Which is obvious because no one even checked for online orders and waiting room has 10+ people!🤬
