Great food. But the number of times I have sat at the drive-thru window for 20 minutes without being acknowledged is occasionally infuriating. The last time I sat at the window for 15 minutes. I got annoyed and pulled into a parking spot, found the front door locked, and THEN they noticed the line at the drive thru window, forcing me to get to the back of a line of 3 cars.
