Never have I experienced sure poor customer service at a donatos. We happen to get an extra salad we were going to pay for, mine was paid for after all my kids had given me the toppings they didn't like and I put my lid back on it the rude front register person came back and demanded my salad because it belonged to someone else. It's a health code violation to take back a product a customer has already touched let alone had their fingers in. He then got irate with another customer after us. The pizza is good. However the ordering experience was horrible. I wasted nine plus minutes on the phone talking to AI before I could reach a human being. AI took my whole order than couldnt complete my address despite it repeating my address correctly 3 times. Then it said repeatedly that my order needed to be switched to a delivery. I finally got through to a human being that completed my delivery order.
Great service the people were very kind this morning
Absolute meltdown Friday night rush. Drive-thru was backed to street so went inside. 15 minutes to get to front of line to retrieve a paid for pizza that was coagulating under heat lamps. Pizza was great and crew was cordial but speed alternated between glacial and halted.
