Cashier had very little interest in helping us, you could tell she didn’t know the answers and made them up as she went which tells me there is zero training and zero leadership. When we walked in we saw boxes all over the counter that someone had laying out so they could fold them to put cooked food in exposed to any and all guests that walk in. The pizza was fresh and made to order. The dining room was very clean. It's one of the best Donatos I've been to!
They NEVER answer my calls . There’s always something wrong with my order . Food under cooked .
I realize most people do not dine-in at Donatos but if a location offers it, they need to train their staff TO SERVE. No menus available, unstocked drink area. Staff that can not figure out how to make appetizers ahead of the pizza. No communication and they give dirty looks if you don’t tip! I DID EVERYTHING. WHY WOULD I TIP? Very disappointed General Manager Owen Sylvester. Do better!
