I will never order from here again. Every time I order at this Donatos, I have a problem! I ordered online this Saturday and automatically was charged a tip. I went to drive thru to get order and the girl was nice, gave us our subs and no pizza. “Oh sorry, they forgot, it’s in the oven, about 5 minutes more, pull over and we’ll bring it out”. The lady and kid working were nice to me and did not spit in my food, which as it happens . Goes a long way.
I had delivery tonight. The last time they brought the wrong pizza but apologized and said I'd have a 20$ credit. Tried to use the credit and was told I couldn't use it for delivery pizza! So, tonight I got pizza and 18 wings. I usually love their dry rub wings. However I don't know if they changed how they cook them or changed who they get their chicken from but they were awful!
