Poor service. I was there 8/13/26 Friday to pick up and the lady was too rude and full of herself. I wasn't giving napkins and she asked me to get some for myself. This is bad.
Ella is the absolute goat. I love her costumer service skills and she’s a great manager!
I picked up a half hawaiian pizza, half founder’s favorite. I get home and see this? a burnt pizza w pepperoni and half pinapple maybe? I call and Ella the store manager is very rude over the phone. I asked “Ma’am I just drove 20 minutes here can I get a credit and fix your mistake?”. Ella- “No you are getting one or the other and im not the one who made the pizza”. This is by far and easily the worst experience ive had at donatos in 25 plus years living in Columbus. Corporate store 135
