I love coming to this donatos. The staff is always wonderful and our food is always great! When Becca is working she always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for us.
Today was the fourth time I have ordered from this Donatos location, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The customer service at this store is poor, and the staff do not seem to know how to treat customers professionally. On several occasions, my orders have been incorrect, and I have often had to wait much longer than expected to receive my food.
