I picked up a half hawaiian pizza, half founder’s favorite. I get home and see this? a burnt pizza w pepperoni and half pinapple maybe? I call and Ella the store manager is very rude over the phone. I asked “Ma’am I just drove 20 minutes here can I get a credit and fix your mistake?”. Ella- “No you are getting one or the other and im not the one who made the pizza”. This is by far and easily the worst experience ive had at donatos in 25 plus years living in Columbus. Corporate store 135

Nothing like ordering a Founders Favorite which does not come with mushrooms. Eating several pieces and then discovering your food allergy(mushrooms) was hidden under the toppings and extra cheese. It's been a terrible 14 hours dealing with the horrible allergic reaction. Unfortunately this vusit is that last at Donatos for me. Kitchen safety and cross contamination is critical.
